Day 74 - JDRF fundraising

OK friends, followers ...need your help 

I'm doing the TELUS Walk to cure Diabetes which will happen on June 13th at Centre de la nature in Laval.

Started a team this year : TEAM ROCK_ON 

we need $$$ and supporters , we are aiming for 5000$ for this great cause :

As you know, I myself live with type 2 diabetes. This means that a change of lifestyle s must impose. A regular exercise routine has become an essential part of my plan of action to help me lose weight and reduce my blood sugar to normal levels. What I eat when I eat and in what quantities plays an important role in regulating my blood sugar through my body.
