As some of you may know I have diabetes type 2 . With my lifestyle change , i managed to control it so well that my doctor is very impressed and is working with me to maybe one day get me off my medication. But it takes determination , change in lifestyle, change in eating habits and most important EXERCISE.
There are so many signs that can pass you by when you have diabetes , you think it's something else and then suddenly you go for a check up at the doctors and your blood test comes back with a result of DIABETES ! great but you need to learn to accept it , it's not easy , i didn't for a long time and i was miserable, i was always feeling sick, and tired .
So please, if you are around me , ask me , it will be my pleasure to poke you to do a sample test, just in case, you never know.
Until they find a cure , we are the ones that need to change.
