Day 168 Part 2 - Micheal Bublé concert

Yesterday did more birthday stuff with my parents- Thanks Mom and Dad for the Gift card at Winners - you know i always like my shopping :-)

Then off to meet my friend Anne for Michael Bublé's Montreal concert

First we went for supper at 'Le Pois Penché ...mmmm mmmmm good

We Had a great entrée which i do not remember the name , with our Dirty Martinis'

and for supper i had the Steak Tartar and Anne took the Seafood Risotto.

Just by looking at the picture you fill full !

Thanks Anne for the treat Anne , GREAT drink, great food, good laughs , great company ...THAT's an  evening.

Then off to the show - floor seats- entertainement priceless and the company of a good friend is always A1.

it started with Natually 7 - Great group , such talent, i suggest you listen to there music if you haven't heard of them yet.

BTW - Anne really likes Jamhal...LOL

then the Man himself came on

With his trademark quirky little boy smile and a mischievous sparkle in his eyes, Bublé belted out songs that moved the crowd to cheers, screams and professions of love.  Poised on his stool in the curve of a sleek baby grand, with a halo of light around him, Bublé crooned “The Best of Me” and every romantic in the audience swooned.

While some artists rely on lip-synching and vocal backing tracks to duplicate their recorded songs quality, Bublé not only did not require either but sounded better, clearer and more powerful in person then any recording could ever do. He’s an artist that you can not truly appreciate until you’ve heard him live. How a 34 year old can contain so much soul is beyond me.

WHAT A GREAT NIGHT !!!!!

Even the Frank's Red Sauce they gave us when we came out of the show topped it all off...LOL

Until we go out again my friend , thank you , take care  xxx
